I can recharge my phone 2 times and a flashlight 1 time before it needs to be plugged in.

"Charging the charger"does require an additional connection to the power source. The dial on the charger gives a picture of the capacity. Having the net case makes it very easy to travel with. Charging the cell phone is an easy and efficient operation. I highly recommend this piece of equipment.

Love this Portable Charger

From 15% to 85% (I dont charge my phone to full all the time) in 1.5 hrs for regular charge. For Super charge its 1 hour. Only thing is it takes me 5 hours to full recharge this device but it could be the block i connect it to.
