It’s not the cable, because I’ve changed that out. It’s as if the contacts inside aren’t tight enough, or loose, I’m just not sure. I have to change ports, or jiggle the cable, and I always have to check the item I’m charging or I’ll come back later and it hasn’t charged.

If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
- Let the charger sit for 5 min without being plugged into the outlet and without anything plugged into the charger itself. This resets the charger and might solve the issue.
- Try another cable and a different outlet.
- Try charging a different device.
