I was really excited to see Anker products in Best Buy stores, and was even more excited to see this. The only problem is that if you have anything like a ring or popsocket, it does not work.

This docking station functions oretty well. It does occasionally short out tho.

I was hoping this charger would be easy to use, but it was not. I have to have the case off of the phone and wiggle it around on stand till it connected. I returned it to store.

I bought this for my daughter last Christmas. It lasted about 4 months, and now the light just blinks, but it won’t charge.

Had this charger for 3 weeks. It stayed in the same spot, never dropped or got wet. 3 weeks later, it is not working. The blue light doesnt light or it blinks. Doesnt charge anymore. Returning to BB even though I threw out the box.

Horrible Item only worked for a few days then quit working and Best Buy would not exchange it within the 14 day window definitely do not recommend a product or place a purchase

Has worked great for 3 months now you have to put the cord different angles for it to work. It has been on a nightstand the entire time. Warranty is out so it is useless

Love this new charging station for my iPhone! It’s truly a game changer to just sit at your desk and plop your phone on this charging station without having to mess with plugging a cable into your phone! Plus it holds your phone at the perfect angle, so you’re no longer constantly picking your phone up every time it pings with some new activity! Loved I’d so much, I bought another one for use in the garage!

Build quality and workmanship is great .Power cable is 3ft, could use a longer one. Soft backing to prevent scratch to the phone. Packaging is Apple-esque style. Does not charge with regular iPhone USB power plug, you must use the brick that came with it. Would be great to do basic slow charge with a regular 5W power plug for traveling.

Surprisingly, an earlier positive experience with Anker went downhill fast with this top of the line model. First, it only came with a paltry 34 inch cable although recent reviews from the largest online retailed state that after receiving complaints, Anker switched to the same six foot cable used in their less expensive model. Its miserly 34 inch cable makes it impossible to use at desk height. In my opinion, this model is really only truly useful at a desk or perhaps in an environment where you want to watch a film or play games on your phone. The tiny cable only reaches an outlet from the nightstand. However, the catch is that the fan noise makes it a poor choice for overnight use bedside. I thought that corresponding with Anker’s customer service would easily solve the problem. However, Anker stiffed me. Their odd response was that only the units shipping from that "other" online seller now have the longer cable. If you buy this model from Best Buy, they refuse to replace it! So disappointing considering that Anker sells the same model showing the exact same product photos at different retailers. All Anker offered was a 10% discount on an additional cable. For a model with a cooling fan, Anker’s callous response was not at all cool, especially for its top of the line model. Charging speeds were on par, but slighter lower than two less expensive similar models from other companies, averaging a 36.5% increase from a nearly depleted state.

This model is probably is the only wireless charger that does both 10W for Android fast charging and Iphone 7.5W fast charging in one device. Also I like the fact that because it's a stand charger, not only I could use iphone as a clock but it also allows me to use face ID feature with iphone while charging whereas other pad (not stand) charger would not allow me to do it. Plus it comes with a fast wall charger! Anker rocks as always!
