For me it was a bit tough to get it to connect to my phone, and even after connecting it doesn’t always auto connect. It’s a 50/50 when connecting. When connected. It’s ok

Maybe because I put it in an old vehicle, maybe it’s my voice, hasn’t been as useful as I anticipated, although doesn’t malfunction per se. Just not very exciting after the first few times. But if you love Alexa, I imagine this would be a good fit.

Bought one for myself and recently for my mother as a birthday gift. It's great for choosing music to drive to without running the risk of getting busted. Hopefully it works with Spotify soon though.

This is a great option to add Alexa to your car. I was able to easily install the app on my phone and connect to my Alexa account. I'm able to make calls to my contacts, receive navigation instructions, etc.

Have purchased a second one for a Christmas gift. Very happy with product; caught the second one on sale. May purchase a third one for an additional vehicle.

Love it I have an older vehicle 2004 and this charge works great it was easy to connect I’m 57 years old and it was simple to connect and I love using ALEXA in my vehicle thank you so much.

Easy to program.....several ways to,program....I programmed mine to a radio station. You can play music, ask questions, make a call, ask for directions, etc. I highly recommend it.

Great item for iOS. Works seamlessly and calls are clear and crisp. Great for older vehicles that don’t have Bluetooth or auxiliary inputs.

This has been a lifesaver. This is my second purchase and I must say giving this as a gift was a great choice.

This is an excellent way to Alexa into your car. I got two of them and they work great!! Better then the Echo Auto in my opinion.

Happy to have found this device for my daughters car that does not have aux or blue tooth, it allows her to listen to music on her phone and call hands free.

This item is bulky. The positioning of the USB outlets make it difficult to connect cords. The item is awkward to use.

This is one of those things that I will buy again once they work the kinks out of it. When it works it’s great but the biggest problem is that I continuously had to Manually reconnect The app to the device and the app to Amazon. There are plenty of forums out there mentioning this problem they seem to implicate it only being a problem with IOS. until then I’m using their basic FM transmitter. And it works great!

When it works it is great. I spend a lot of time with connection issues between the phone and unit. The spoken clarity is an issue as well.

Great device, works effectively and efficiently without any problems... charge my phones and airpods just like that...

It works well and can hook up to your car via Bluetooth or Aux. It needs to be connected to your phone and works similar to your device and home.

It’s a good concept but that’s it. Of course you have to have an Amazon account and to pair it with your phone. The pairing process is a pain in the behind. It just wouldn’t go through until maybe the 15th time I tried it. It also all depends on your internet connection but I’m not satisfied with its “speed “ to respond. Good as a charger but not for the price.
