Very poorly design, and poor functionality

The functions of the device mimics the functions on the Amazon music app however the phone app works much better. The device created a problem with my iPhone Bluetooth functionality And produced less than desirable audio, to the point where apple had to replace my iPhone XS.

Loses connection easily and will not reconnect after several consecutive attempts! And when that happens sometimes it takes up to 2 to 3 days to finally reconnect. As I said, horrible product I give it 1/2 a star and that’s only because it works 6% of the time!
