    They delivered the item to the wrong address, and now they’re asking me to provide CCTV footage as proof that it wasn’t delivered. They also want me to submit a signed form stating that I didn’t receive the package. All of this for an item worth only $11.99, just for them to even consider reshipping it.

    Wish I could leave a review for the actual product...but I still have not received them. Was "delivered" to a business at 8 pm on a Friday. Customer support is no help.
