This container is amazing. Large enough to cook a large roast or several slabs of ribs in. The lid keeps evaporation to a minimum. I don’t use it for small cuts of meat, but it’s awesome when I need to cook for a crowd.

This is the best container I’ve found for the sous vide. It’s large and the lid allows for a tight close.
