    Was told they could not install due to the amount of purchase, and was being charged for install, asked why we were told they would come and install or trouble shoot free as long as i paid for Geek Squad, not accurate.

    Unable to deliver as agreed. World Tech expert said that the Geek Squad would be able to install the antenna I bought from BestBuy, but Geek Squad couldn't!
