Seemed to work ok for awhile. Then over time the reception degraded. I adjusted the antenna today and found that it was full of water.

The only thing I can think about why someone would rate this low would be if they didn't follow instructions or know how to program their TV after installing the antenna. It is very easy to assemble and install, maybe 30 minutes. I bought this for my cabin out in the woods with hills and trees everywhere and I get better reception than on my tv at home hooked up to digital cable. The picture is so remarkably sharp and clear its like you are right there. I am apprixmately 45 miles away from Anchorage, Alaska. I get about 8 different channels.

I only got like 8 channels and half of them were in Spanish. It worked but i thought it was better from the reviews i read.

Our old big ugly aluminum antenna gone! With this antenna who needs cable! Easy to assemble. Many new channels, along with better picture quality.

It was one of the few that would even receive HD over the air channels with the distance I have from the various towers. Mounted it onto the disconnected DirecTV sat dish lol. Only con is perhaps that signals bounce up and down on a couple of the channels causing loss of digital signal, and a few times where the TIVO stopped the recordings due to loss of signal for an extended period of time.

Antenna mounted easily. Works great so far. No reception problems. Placed it in my garage attic mounted to a truss.

We dumped sattilite with some tension. After the install, which went stressed because of issues not related to the antenna,......all Ican say is WOW! I had to call support and Tom was incredible and knew how to solve the issue. We have over 40 channels of crystal clear veiwing! Thsi product is great and the support behind it is awsome! Buy it if yoru tired of monthly bills and can follow directions.

I live in Hoboken NJ and mounted this on the roof of a 5 story building and pointed it 120 degrees, that's half way between the 2 major broadcast towers in NYC. When I auto scanned it picked up 82 digital channels and many of them in crystal clear HD. I got rid of cable along time ago because of their flat out thievery, this is so much better.

We placed out antenna on a pole to extend it above our tree line. We are picking up channels that are "out of our range". We live over 80 miles from the stations we are receiving. We wish we would have tried this antenna sooner, we would have saved so much money over basic cable.

I installed this on the back of my house and was able to receive 19 channels (that I could not get with other antennas in the house).

I'm not impressed by its over all performance.May be the signal issue was because of my location and also it was used indoor not out side.

We tried this antenna first after reading the other reviews. We had ok results with our TV. We knew we needed the long-range capabilities due to our location and, unfortunately, we think we are just a little too far away from the closest towers to get the results we were hoping for. We ended up returning this antenna.

Decided to get rid of cable. After doing some research I found this antenna. Got a great deal and great service at best buy.

Salesman told me, "I have this at home set it up in my attic, no problem; great reception." This was not my experience at all!. Wasted many hours trying to get it to work (live in Houston). Yes, I did all the research and pointed it toward broadcasting towers. I would receive mediocre signals in the morning and then in the evening almost nothing. I set in up in the attic and on the side of our home and on our roof top. My advice: don't waste your money and time on this piece of junk! Returned it; bought a Mohu Air 60; made one adjustment (on roof) and we have been getting all major channels crystal clear ever since!

Im still using this and and it works like the day I bought it.

I simply have not found a good antenna that is indoor use. This one is going on the roof for better reception.

I was only able to get a couple religious stations from this unit and when I tired to return it, learned that Best Buy has a 15 day return policy. Looks like my Best Buy experience is now my Worst Buy!

This appears to be good antenna. States it can get NBC but is a struggle, Don't believe to be antenna issue, but with local station signal. Harder to put together than you would think and instructions are not helpful

Good reception then it degraded. Unmounted unit to find it was full of water. I would never buy again.
