The open box item was not discounted enough to justify the cost

Paid too much for poor service, I guess only works in big cities

Work great in living room not even up in attic yet

I cut the cable and was having difficulty getting all the local channels. I had a $27.00 antennae on the roof and thought that a more expensive antennae would draw in weaker channels. It has not been the case. I cannot get NBC and live 8 miles from the city.

Bought open box special based on 75 mile reception claim. Terrain is not optimal for antennas and this unit was not able to get a signal from at least 2 stations about 40 miles away. It did get 1 station about 30 miles away

Purchased the HD antenna for a TV at our summer house. It didn't help us pick up any channels. By the time we were able to hook it up and find out it didn't work, the 2-week time period passed. An expensive mistake

I live in a remote area and in a steep valley as well. We have no cable options, so our tv viewing options are limited. Try as I may, this antenna did nothing to improve reception over our existing 7 yr. old one.

I purchased the single version a couple years sgo and love it. I needed a little more range so i purchased the double. Instead of better i dropped to one station and that one was flaky. I went back to my old one.

I purchased this product because I wanted the stop using cable for a little while. The reception was terrible. I scanned for channels but I could not find a station that came in clear.

The radius for this product is 70 miles. The closet tower is 60 miles away, so you are only able to get 3-4 channels and they aren't the local channels. They are channels I don't watch.

We live in the northern section of the Dallas / Fort Worth area. Even though we have cable available, I wanted get over the air access as a backup for cable and for some of the additional stations that are available. Those additional stations include some 24 hour weather and some “golden oldie” shows. I first went to antennaweb.ord to see how far I was from the transmitters. I knew that almost all the DFW stations had their transmitters south of Dallas near Cedar Hill. Antennaweb said that I might be able to receive as many as 89 channels from 35 over-the-air stations. I found that 30 of those stations were between 35 and 38 miles from our house at 189 or 190 degrees. Based on a visit to the store, I was looking at the ClearStream 2V and 4V models. Based on the mileage, it looked like the less expensive 2V model should work. I also read some reviews which indicated that a radiant barrier in your attic could affect reception. (Our house has a radiant barrier and our HOA prohibits outside antennas.) With that in mind, I decided to go with the 4V model. As for installation, I just mounted the included J mount on a small piece of a 2x6 board which I set on the attic floor. By doing this, the antenna is actually sitting below the radiant barrier. It also gave me the advantage of being able to easily point the antenna in any direction. After installation I scanned for stations and was able to receive a total of 80 channels from 23 over-the-air stations. The picture from the major stations is excellent and by using the digital audio out on my TV I can receive the audio through my home theater system. (The picture for some of the secondary channels is only SD quality.)

I hoped to get better reception than my $ 20 Supersonic amplified rotating antenna. I was disappointed an antenna costing over 7 times as much did not come close in performance.

This was returned to store. After readigning reviews> IWe decided that the plastic components would probably not hold up well in the Colorado climate(hail).

I bought this item because my other one got damaged , my antenna that I use to have gave me over 30 channels this one is lucky to receive 9

This did not even pick up the local stations so the Geek Squad member returned it for credit for me. At least he was accommodating.

This works ok as long as there is no wind or rain.

Reception was terrible and tried to call the number they give on the box and no one answered (5) times Took it back to Best Buy

This seemed like it would pick up from a distance. But you will need to still have local stations near you.

This product did not work as advertised. Very disappointed. I would not recommend this to anyone
