I'm over 35+ miles from towers, and have numerous homes and trees within immediate proximity of my home, in the direction of the broadcast towers. The antenna does just fine, delivering all local stations in clear HD, even during the most recent storm. Side by side picture comparison with Xfinity makes me sad that I'm paying for Comcast. I am running less than 100ft RG5, no amplifier, and into a six way splitter. Antenna is mounted roughly 20ft on a single story home.

I live in Cape Canaveral so we're about 35 miles from most of the towers in the Orlando area. We have never been able to pick up even one channel. When I got this, it was late at night and I unboxed it, assembled it (that took less than 2 minutes) and placed it on a tv tray next to the tv just for laughs an giggles. I instantly had 30+ stations. WOW! The next day we mounted it on our mobile home using an old mount from my dad's directtv. I am still stunned that I am getting crystal clear, no pixelation, signal for free. I was able to watch the Superbowl and Daytona 500 with no problems at all. We supplement with Netflix and Hulu plus but for me, the antenna does what I need. I have not tried any other antenna, but I don't see why I'd need to. This doesn't look at all trashy (even on my 45 year old trailer) and has saved us a virtual ton of money. Instructions are very easy to understand and we had no problems at all. I would highly recommend.

Cant go wrong with this antenna, easy to setup, got all the local channels, nbc, abc, etc, attach it to my outside cable, so now all the tvs in the house work off it, only thing I didn't like the cost of the mounting portion thar was sold separately, went to lowe and bought metal pipe, that did the job, I am telling you can't beat it, no more cable bill

We tried to hook up this antenna outdoors, but could not get all the channels. We were going to return it, but decided to try it inside the house. It actually works great indoors! We get lots of channels and the reception is crystal clear.

This is a great antenna, very easy to set up and use... assembles very easy, installs are easy... quality and looks are excellent... only reason we returned ours, is we live on a mountain, heavily treed... and are unable to get any reception....

Tried the indoor antennas and none of them gave me 1/2 the channels they were supposed to. This gives me all channels but one, and only cost $20 more for that privilege. In my garage rafter, easy to set up. One channel is quick to report low signal and give me problems. Not perfect but the best I've found so far.

Our snowbird park has its own cable and is not HD. I decided to try this antenna to bring in whatever HD programs were out there. When I scanned to see how many channels were available my total was 93. I pared that down to a manageable number and now watch most of my shows in HD. I did set up a switch to enable the TV to go to our park's cable if there is something we wish to watch.

I bought this product for a relative on a fixed income. The customer service was easily accessible and knowledgable and helped me troubleshoot a problem, where I was scanning the cable channels with the TV instead of the free tv channels. After that it was fun to watch the antenna lock on to 28 channels. This is a great alternative to cable TV and if enough people use these cable prices will come down. It is so effective I can imagine the day where cable companies would lobby to eliminate access to free tv. All the stations have digital quality. The set up was extremely easy. I placed the antenna facing the southwest near a picture window. The customer service is able to tell you which direction to point the antenna. I highly recommend this product and I can imagine someday having this antenna in my home and canceling cable. A GREAT ALTERNATIVE TO CABLE!!!

Easy to put together and install. Received decent reception where we are. Keep in mind you may need to try out multiple antennas until you find the right one for your area.

if you're going to use any in attic antenna to pick up all of the over the air digital channels it is a must have to pick up the channels correctly and so much easier and a better price than purchasing 1 of the indoor antennas that cost so much more, any in attic antenna is so much better reception for a much cheaper price

After a lot of research, decided that this antenna was the best for the price range it is in. Simple to assemble ( a couple of screws) and very easy to install. Worked as advertised and receives all the channels in my area.

    Solved my HDTV Cable-cutting Plans

This item pulls in nearly twice as many channels that my local cable and limited satellite company want to charge me for. I added an in-line amplifier to boost the signal and I have it mounted roughly in the direction of my nearest collection of HDTV broadcasters. I know for a fact that I am picking up more then just local channels at this time.

Works as expected. I am cutting the cable tv cord and needed this to get local channels as I live about 30 miles from transmitters. It does the job and the price was reasonable.

Bought this as a replacement for a 20 year old antenna with pieces missing. Got fewer channels with the new one. Like none! Going to try a directional antenna again. This went back.

I have heard this antenna would work better if I lived in closer proximity to the city. I'm somewhat rural and only receive fewer than 10 channels and most are useless. It was easy to assemble! Would recommend you check to see how many channels you get before purchasing and weigh the benefits.

Purchased to use as a backup to our satellite receiver when it goes out (which is often). We are within 45 miles of four stations and they are within a 180 degrees radius and it seems to pull in all of them reasonably well.
