Great 4K gaming monitor!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This monitor is perfect if your looking for a 4K screen. The freesync technology guarantees that you will never have any screen tears and games look amazing! There's nothing bad that I can say about this monitor.

Good buy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Exactly what we needed. Great for gaming. Slightly disappointed as it had a dead pixel right out of the box, but not a huge deal.

Great Monitor for Daily Use
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This monitor is a fantastic monitor for normal daily use. We use them for light video editing and graphic design. Cannot speak to how it would perform for gaming purposes since I am not a gamer.

Great Value for The Money
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Awesome clarity in the monitor. Coming from an Apple Thunderbolt I am more than please with a monitor that cost 1/3 the price of the Apple. I will be purchasing another one shortly

Good intro monitor I guess.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For the most part, this monitor is priced appropriately considering it's 4K with a 60hz refresh rate, so I'm not expecting anything fantastic. However, the light bleed around the edges is horrible. Everything within about 1/2" around the screen is basically grey if you have a black background. Also a bit of a bother, but it takes about 15 seconds to turn on.

Good Cheap 4k monitor that still has a VGA port.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Good - Affordable when on sale. -Real 38140x2160 resolution + Freesync. -VGA PORT for retro machines, you won't need a separate converting box for this monitor, and you can actually have your old 486 hooked up next to your new Intel\AMD-whatever, and the scaling is ok. -Real actual buttons for the OSD controls under the monitor face. These are not touch interface bull that can be interfered with by radio signals, that so many modern monitors want to use. -TN panel with a low response time, making this a monitor capable of actually playing very fast 2d side scrolling games, without heavy blur. Not as good as a CRT, but as good as your going to get for an LCD. -Dithering\banding not as heavy as other LCD's I've used. The Bad -Washed out oranges\browns no matter what contrast\bright settings used, glaring when used next to an acer that is really bright and solid on orange\browns. Probably wouldn't of noticed as much if it wasn't for this. I wouldn't get this monitor for professional photoshop work or something, Definitely a gaming monitor. -external power brick, with a short cable on the DC side, really 1 more foot of cabling would of been nice on the DC side so it doesn't dangle 3 inches off the floor. Expect to have to velcro the brick to the backside of the monitor or desk. - OCD is sluggish to navigate - OCD source input is a pain to use compared to most monitors. Requiring multiple presses to select a source then another to actually switch, instead of just pressing it once and going to the next source. Very odd design choice. Despite the negatives the positives for me make it a 5star. But if BB here had a 4.5 rating that's what I'd actually give it. The good far outweighs the bad, for what I actually do with this monitor.

Misrepresented Refresh Rate
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It does not do 60 hertz if the resolution is 4K. I red the description and it said 60hertz. I expected 4K at 60 hertz. For the price I choose to live with it.

Decent value
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This monitor is decent value for the money, but quality control is a question with AOC. I was upgrading from the 1920x1200 24" Dell IPS display and made the mistake of setting too low a budget for 4k. I thought the high res was more important to me than the poor color accuracy and viewing angles of a TN panel. This was a mistake. Aside from the colors never looking as good as my Dell IPS, I could also never get the right black level/contrast. Either the blacks are all grey, or a bunch of the colors melt into the black. No good medium. Also I noticed 2 dead pixels and 4 stuck pixels on my monitor after a couple days. I returned and I'm saving more money for a 4k Dell IPS. If you are on a budget, want 4k, and aren't comparing to an IPS display, this is a great buy (if yours doesn't have any bad pixels). Otherwise, spend some more money and get something nicer.
