Didn't Work Very Poor Support

Unfortunately for some reason, nothing that is plugged into the power outlets of this unit will work. I contacted customer support and they asked for more information even though I had sent most of it before. I sent them them what they requested. I then kept getting messages saying that if they didn't hear from me in 21 days, they would assume that there wasn't a problem anymore. I sent the same information 3 more times and kept getting the same message. On the third time, I said I would be returning it which I will do this week since the only response I got was the same message about the 21 days.

CyberPower CP850PFCLCD is vastly superior
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I returned two APC 750VA BACK-UPS because they did not "hold" my Dell XPS Desktop when the power was cut-off. APC said my Dell XPS has the new EPA high efficiency power supply, which requires APC's BACK-UPS costing 3X the price. I researched and bought the CyberPower CP850PFCLCD for $112. I've had this unit a month. The CyberPower unit is vastly superior, in every aspect, to this out-dated APC unit.

APC 750VA Not so good
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Brought this home from the store and did the usual with the battery connections on a UPS. Ok, everything is connected and plug it in... Waited for something good to happen while the little green light blinks on and off, only to find myself in pain with a never ending tone of annoyance coming from the UPS. I have left the unit plugged in for several hours now and will check on it once more. This is headed back to BestBuy for replacement. Good luck.
