I have been using Back-UPS products for a few years and have been happy. We tend to get power surges and these units help to protect our equipment. The only negative is that I was told by a rep that you should charge the unit for 16 hours with nothing connected prior to use. I scanned the manual and saw no mention of this. Other than that, it's been great.

This battery back up saves my computer every time my power goes out which is once a week. It has several outlets that are just right for my CPU monitor printer and telephone.

I bought this after we had a power outage and my computer shut down for lack of power. I didn't lose anything but I have had a laptop for years and now a desktop computer again. Did not think of a back up power supply until the power outage, so went and got this one. I had an earlier model of this make years ago and it helped so bought a product brand that I was familiar with.

I use it to backup my router and modem. Keeps me connected if the power goes out.

After several months of use, the battery stopped holding its charge. Half of the outlets still work (the ones on the surge protection side).
