easy to install and setup, so far is working great.

Work perfectly when the power went out. Kept the computer going with Internet router still going. Last about 15 minutes.

I have only had the unit for a few weeks, but performing fine so far. The features listed were a big misleading.

I was looking for a small, inexpensive UPS and this fit my requirements exactly. Plenty of outlets and an added sense of security to protect my computers, monitors, and date in the event of a power outage.

For years, I only used a notebook computer and, because of the battery, almost forgot that your work could be interrupted by a power failure. When I purchased an iMac, I also bought this UPS. Good thing, within the first week a storm knocked out power in the middle of a big project. Not only was my data saved, but my new computer suffered no damage. As for the UPS, open the box, follow the quick setup, and you are ready in minutes. I was initially troubled when the software included did not support Macs, but that was no problem, my Mac was smart enough to recognize the USB link and installed its software. Works great! Good value!

this product is great for when storm outages or loss of power happen , we just bought this and now have piece of mind that we have time after the loss of power to shut down our computer normally.

The perfect size for the area that I had to place it, the exact number of plugs that I needed and it was at a perfect price for my wallet.

It is hard for me to rate this product since I have not had a power outage to test it. So far it seems to be working well and I assume it will keep my electronics powered up when my house loses power. One concern I have is that it has an alarm that will sound if power is lost and the battery kicks in. I have the APC attached to my Apple TV in our master bedroom and don't want to hear an alarm going off, especially early in the morning. Supposedly you can cancel the alarm with a PC and I have gone through the steps to turn it off, but we will see.

I've been buying APC products for years. Over time, the battery wears out and I find myself either in the market buying a replacement battery pack or replacing the unit. I finally went downstream on their product line to save money since the unit will likely need to be replaced. I'm overall satisfied with the job the unit performs. It provides surge protection and enough time that when we have a short term outage the back up time is sufficient until power is restored. Don't overspend, you'll find that these don't last more than 2 to 3 years.

Very heavy, but easy to install battery, plug in and use.

I have purchased many APC back-ups over the years and always find them solid and dependable. My only fault is they do not make them in smaller dimensions for needs that are not office-related such as recordings. This particular model has a power-saving feature I have not used but that would probably be useful in an office situation.

I have been an APC user for many years. It is almost cheaper (certainly better) to replace it then to replace its battery. So, I don't have to think about it. I know APC ... and Best Buy ... are my top choices.
