Great UPS for the money. Had an older APC 1500 unit that died after 7 years. 7 years in FL for a UPS !! Unbelieveable ! Using it to protect my TV and Home Entertainment products

Easy to set up! Does what I expected it to do. A beginner can set it up, easy-to-use product. Had one just like it that I replaced because the batteries were at the end of there life.

This is a mid price unit that I am using with my desk top pc. I have used other APC units and found them to be good.

Needed to purchase new battery battery backup to replace an old unit that was no longer functional. We have frequent power outages and protection for our electronic equipment is necessary. This unit provides the level of protection we need, was priced right, easy to setup with instructions provided.

Reliable power to your equipment. I use these on my computers. long enough run times to actually bridge most power outages.

I have purchased and used APC products for many years, and occasionally I have purchased UPS units manufactured by other companies. The APC units are far superior in their years of service (typically 5+ years), and the only maintenance I perform on APC branded UPS units is battery replacement after a few years, which would be expected. BestBuy is the place to go when you need a product quick and dont want to fuss with an internet purchase (and associated delays in arrival).

The unit was originally purchased for a small server. But, due to change, was placed on a high end HP workstation. The UPS works well providing 45 minutes of up time. Had trouble initially with false positive outages due to another motorized device on the same electrical circuit. This was not a problem with the earlier UPS. So it appears this unit is much more sensitive. We solved the problem by moving the motorized unit to another outlet. So far unit is working well.

Have not had power issue since purchase but item was simple to set up and is working as expected so far.

This is a great item - works great. Just need to follow instructions for hooking up as battery's are installed backwards for shipping.

Really, it does what it said it'll do. The units are a good size, come partially (sometimes fully) charged, and are very easy to set up. They're also simple to use, and alert you very clearly when they need your attention.

Good battery, can provide power to multiple office devices for a few mins. Enough to save everything and shut down safely.

I've bought many and they far more reliable than anything else.
