This is a great product and have not had any issues yet. I will say they expect you to register for their warranty within 10 days. So be on the ball and do it quick. It has ran beautifully, although I have not had to put it officially through an electrical outage test yet.

Completely plug and play, easy to set up, software is simple. Makes my power to my PC stable and clean, no worrying about surges.

I love the digital display on the front of the unit. I haven't had any power outages since picking it up, so I'm assuming its going to run what I want it to. I will update this review if the unit doesn't live up to my expectations!

APS just seems to be on top of there game with UPS. I strongly recommend this unit. It seems to have enough power to do two LCD screens and a Duel RAID desk top for almost 45+ minutes. Great unit. Make sure you test it once and a while.

Bought this unit primary to help with electrical spike from people using their small plug in heaters in the office. It's been good so far, I have 4 small computers plugged into it and now people can still use their heater and the computers won't come down from the electrical spikes when those heaters go on.

APC has always been a reliable source for UPS's. Got this for a Dell Desktop. Was easy to setup and easy to use. The LCD status screen has different modes so you can see the load on the ups and the input voltage (in case you want to verify you have proper voltage in your outlets). Highly recommended for use with a desktop pc.

Great product for what we use it for long battery life

Good value for protecting sensitive electronics. Provides clean power and protect against power spikes and keeps my computer up during power outages. Enough time for me to power down my computer gracefully.

The UPS has 865 w of power, that is enough to power most PC setups for 30 to 60 mins depending on what equipment you plug into the battery backup sockets. I have on on my PC(s) and another on my entertainment system. Also very useful during a power outage, as you can plug a low power lamp (led or led bulb, etc) or fan and have use of the light for extended periods. LCD display on front is great for telling you load on UPS and how much time is left on the battery. Software is useful for PC also.

I have purchased numerous UPS units and I like this one a lot (I now have 4 of these for various computers in our house). It has a good power capacity plus sufficient battery backup and surge only outlets for most small computer systems. One nice feature is being able to turn off the audible alarm. I HATE being woken up at 3 am by a loud 'brown out' alarm from a UPS that you can't turn off unless you power off the UPS. I don't have this problem with this model. I'd buy it again (and I did - 3 times!).

While it's on the high side, price-wise, it's a great unit. Works just as it says it does and has already saved my bacon in one bad storm. I used to not see the need for this type of unit, but after losing some critical stuff previously, I don't take the risk anymore. This unit has great back-up power, an easy to read, easy to understand LCD display and the instructions are very clear. My only gripe is the price, but in my opinion, it's worth it.

I like the size of this UPS for under the desk. Sits out of the way, but handles my desktop system well. Price was good and the battery will be easier to replace than the old server-class UPS it replaced.

I bought this to supply power to our DVR in case of a power outage. I have a few others that supply power for our Intenet and PCs. They work great and you can turn off the beeping sounds if there is a power outage.....

Since my purchase a few weeks ago, I haven't had a loss of power to fully test the unit's functionality. Consequently, I have not given the product a full five-star rating ... yet. I can say I have full confidence in APC power back-ups as I've had a few in the past and all have worked flawlessly.

Bought 2 of these for a video surveillance system for a business that is running about 20 HD cameras. One for the server, and one for the switch powering the cameras. They can handle the power needed.

Slim, did not take up to much space under my desk.

Easy to setup and work with. Consistent performance and maintains itself for long term use.

I've tried cheap connectors and have had to replace them with something better each time, best to just bite the bullet and pay the additional dollar and get something with more quality and be done with it the first time.
