Great product for DVR and security system or computer for those times when the power goes out. Easy to use.

Easy to install and use. Great capacity at a good value. I have two of these installed and am planning to get a third. When considering a UPS, go for the highest capacity you can afford.

I've been using these for a unique application. I run these units as a backup power system for radar systems on towboats. Some of our boats have older generators and I deal with the issues of fluctuating voltage or unclean power. The new radars don't like the power from our older gen sets that we still have in use. The XS1500 does a great job of keeping the radars online without having to reboot the systems due to shutoff from voltage spikes. The batteries only last a year using them this way, but I'm really putting them through the ringer, so a set of batteries a year isn't bad! All in all a great product!

This unit puts out enough power to keep almost any device running for sometime when the power goes out. I have 3 of these to protect all my electronics and computers.

APC makes a great UPS, which is why it is the standard for so many corporate users. Support is great, batteries are replaceable, the display and features are excellent.

Needed more updated features than my old APC UPS had and this one was perfect. Easy to install and works flawlessly so far. Highly recommend APC products.

I have always had good luck with APC products and this one does not disappoint either. Easy to set up and works as intended. pretty much set and forget which is great.

It is a much better looking device compared to my previous APC 1500 unit, takes up less horizontal space, and the battery pack is a better design. Greatly improved UI for the front screen as well. Unlike my previous UPS, my Linux Home Server recognized the device as soon as it was plugged in to a USB port. I needed to replace the old one when the batteries failed after 8 years, and mail order was not an option, This was the best price for value in the brick and mortar market, and the store matched their own on line price.

Good to use with non sensitive equipment. LCD's should not be run on a step/simulated sine wave for a extended duration or sometimes at all. However for the price it is decent enough for most purposes.

Easy to setup/configure. Has always been a reliable brand and the product meets expectations. Not the first one I have purchased and doubt it will be the last.

Kept my 2 laptops and ipad and iphone charged for 6 hrs during power outage. Luckily my power came back but at that time I had about 38 more minutes left. It worked like a champ.

It is working long enough to let me get to a good stopping place even with the computer and 3 monitors. We are probably going to get 4 more just like it.

I have all of my office connected to this ups. (3)24 inch monitors, router, wife's computer, cable modem,and my computer which has a 800w power supply and GTX 780 video card. This supply has already proven itself twice so far and looks nice also. I was actually in the my office with just the computer on when the wife came downstairs and told me the power was out....I was still playing and didn't notice it. Power supply was beeping like it should, but I had headphones on. Excellent investment

What I like best is that it connects to my computer via a USB cable; real time data. My computer is always on and their software will automatically have windows shut down before the battery runs out of power. Thus saving my data! The APC back-up also has really easy to read software screens that shows how much power is being used in real time as well. I also like that it cleans the power supply of spikes and auto regulates the power flow levels. When we lost power recently, it did as advertised. You really do pay for better quality. Geek approved by me!

In Florida we have a lot of storms and the backup battery has worked so far

We've already had need for this backup, and it worked perfectly. I love that you can see how much time it will work, as well as the MUTE function!

already had one of these, been around for a while -- replaced battery in original, but needed another one and was pleased this model was still available

for the price , this modem will save you money in the long run . after ten months of use it has paid for it's self , now all else is money in the bank.
