This UPS has a "Master/slave" set of outlets that permit this. When I turn off the master device, the other devices turn off yet the UPS keeps charging.

Keeps my server up when the power goes out

They work well and have LED readouts for input and output voltage, time remaining on the battery power that are very helpful. My only complaint is the battery packs are expensive to replace. I had one unit fail with a leaky battery pack after two years of use and APC replaced the entire unit under warranty.
