It has 10 outlets to plug things into. But only five of them support battery back up .

After a month or so it is working great. Have my entire system plugged in, but have not had a power loss to do a full test. Nice feature is I have external hard drives plugged into the power saver outlets, so all I do is power up and down the computer and the drives are turned off and on at the same time.

relatively inexpensive, this little unobtrusive guy came alive twice in the first week, while power in the house (and most the city) evaporated. It's cool looking and operating, a simple partner app. I could have spent more and gotten USB outlets, and maybe should have.....but it's a solid unit.

Setup directions good. No issues. Had a power failure 2 days later and it performed as expected.

APC has made easier on installation of the battery. There are no more wires to connect, just pull out and reverse the battery on your first hook up. Its not cheap, but it is great saving when comes to power outage. Im using it on two PC, 4 monitors, and Brother laserjet printer it didnt over load.

I originally bought this UPS for my gaming PC system. After hooking it up I realized it came with this smart power management feature. When your main device powers off, it also cuts power to other devices to save power. After playing with it, I bought another one for my home entertainment center.

I would have giving this a 5 start rating but this unit did not have a place to plug in a spare battery pack. This is the 3rd unit like this have purchased. The other 2 units I bought directly from APC web site which had a plugin for a spare battery pack. I thought I was getting a better deal because of the lower price. But the unit works better than I thought and wouldn't trade for any other type of backup.

nothing exciting just works as described. i use it at my office and have been happy with it.

I was looking to replace my smaller APC's with a larger more powerful one. I am so impressed with this product because it is full of flexibility and programability. It also has a display that shows how long it's batteries will last based on the current draw of the products plugged into it.

Nice design and appearance, good quantity of UPS and surge outlets, very useful user interface on the front panel. I have three of these units, one for my home office computer setup, and another for my wife's home office setup. I use a third unit to protect my routers, wifi APs, and audio & video equipment.

Always used APC for their UPS products. Flawlessly. Except this install. When I plugged in my Logitech keyboard/mouse combo, it created a full blown warning that the battery had failed. Even when battery was full and properly connected. I bought two units, for two different PC's, with two different Logitech settings. It always created the problem. APC was not aware of the issue. When the Logitech products were unplugged, no problems arose.

I have a long history with APC products. They are reliable, and last a long time. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that this new unit gave me a warning about the internal battery being disconnected when it clearly was not. I cycled the power to the unit and the warning disappeared (no issue for a couple of weeks now). It is probably nothing, but not what I have experienced previously.

Unfortunately, this product is no longer sold through APC, as they have discontinued it. I was disappointed that Best Buy continues to sell a product that the manufacturer no longer supports. This product was discontinue in 2013, but was still on the retail sales floor at Best Buy in 2015. The product was returned immediately when I was unable to register the product on APCs website due to the product being discontinued.

This unit is at a great price point for the included features. It's one of the most affordable UPS in its class with AVR. The battery capacity gives me plenty of runtime and I haven't had any problems with lightning using APC in a long time. Being in Florida, this is a big deal.

Works as advertised. We actually bought this backup for a kegerator of all things, that when the power flashed, it would lose memory and go to a default temperature. This device eliminated all the power surge / outage problems and has been trouble free since purchase.

Use it as directed and it will backup fine. Overload it and it'll drain quick.

Great UPS backup for those that need extra juice beyond just powering a desktop during a power outage. This will power my two 32" displays, two pair of studio monitors (speakers), my audio controller (Mackie Big Knob), plus the printer and USB keyboard controllers. Nice!!!

I've been a APC backup battery customer for several years now. Recently, my decade old APC battery finally gave up its spirit. It was a no brainer for me to pick another APC unit. And after a few days of bad weather, this unit has proven to be a data-saver. All the lights in the house went out but I have a few more minutes to spare and save all the work I've done on the computer.

needed a backup that would give more time to finish the Quickbooks application which is accessed over logmein. This product seems to meet all expectations. Very happy that it worked during a recent power failure.
