we run these on every workstation we build for our company as well as the larger version for our servers in house. I have purchased 40+ of these with a very minimal failure rate.

I bought one and had to take it back to the store because the case was cracked. The second one said it had a bad battery when i plugged it in after talking to APC they said to let it charge for 24 hours and check it again....that fixed the issue....wish that was stead in the manual.

I bought one of these 7 years ago and it died. Got a new one hopefully it will last another 7 years. If you got the $$$ invest and save your computer in case of outages.

We purchased this APC power saver to protect a new dell desktop computer and hp scanner. We love the APC products and they have "saved" us many times over the years.

This was one of my best buys. I have in the past lost data during power losses. This UPS comes in at a price point that allows you to provide security to home systems.

good protection device, drawback are batteries, after three years batteries die and replacement batteries cost almost the same as whole new device so I bought new device rather than replacing batteries

Great UPS. I am currently using this as a battery back up for network. I have had multiple "bumps" and power since purchasing this, and it is worked flawlessly

We experience frequent power outages here. It's really nice to know we can finish what ever we're working on when the power goes out.

The best feature of this UPS for me is the ability to silence the annoying beeping. I KNOW the electric is out. It does not have to continuously beep until it dies.

This has been a great workstation UPS. It has protected from many power fluctuations and has kept systems running smoothly. Definitely recommend APC battery backups

This is a very good working machine works every time thunderstorms I come through an Internet still works after the power goes out for around 30 to 40 minutes awesome

Unpacking and 'installation' went fine. No hiccups. I use Linux so I did not need to install any drivers as the version of gnu/Linux i use seems to see it fine.

I had to replace an old Cyber Power UPS for my living room on a Sunday morning and this was the best available locally. I did have to price match it, but the UPS itself has been fine since purchasing. Having 10 outlets is a huge bonus.

I looked hard for a battery back up and this jd the best rating . I price shoped it on line and in retailers and Best Buy was the best price. I am very pleased with my purchase .

Bought this on sale to replace a failed APC unit. Failed unit was 12 years old and was never turned off. Performed through at least a dozen power incidents.

we have routine power outages. With this backup we do not need to reset all of the time designations on the devices that are plugged into this device.

We lost power during high end live video transfers and APC - Power Saving Back-UPS XS 1500 saved us what could have been hrs of loss. It works!

I purchased two of these for my home servers. APC makes a great product. Shows load level. Can be hooked up to the servers for smooth shutdown when power is lost. Love them

Nice digital display that provides lots of information, chargeing information and estimated ride through time with plugged in load load in the event of a power outage.
