the unit was very easy to install and has a good display. The battery went out in 2 weeks, but response was great from the service tech on line and new one shipped right away.

We seem to go through battery backups quite frequently. This one seems fine, it already started alerting and beeping but our IT department is on it, and it has never lost power and the battery is working.

Power outage happened, had plenty of time to save report I was working on and shutdown everything. Worked great.

Was confused at first. Battery was inside of unit but must be taken out, turned around and reinserted to activate charge. Power went out in a storm. Kept our modem and voip phone going.

This is a good UPS unit. slim and gives a nice visual readout of what is going on. shows if load is unbalanced, or unit is over taxed.

Great item, keeps my tv, cable box/DVR, modem and wireless router going when the power blinks due in a storm.
