I think this is the best UPS, ist affordable, easy to install and reliable. I recommend it.

The unit seems to work. However the software for the unit is way outdated and everytime you try to do a self check it causes the battery to go into a failed state. You need reset the unit by powering down everything connected. Disconnect everything and disconnect the unit from the wall power. Remove the battery and then hold the power button in for 30 sec. Then put the battery back in, Then you can plug the unit back in and it will do a self check on power up and the battery will be fine. I contacted support and they only wanted to send me a new unit which I might have to do. Not sure if APC is what is used to be!

I recently purchased an APC power back UPS to connect my server and my modem. It is as I expected, my server has improve its performance and I have internet access when the power goes out.

Very easy to setup, less than 5 minutes. It has worked flawlessly and its nice with the downloaded software to be able to track surges.

I live in an area where the power is so unreliable. This easily helps save my computer everytime the power goes out. And it gives me almost 2 hrs of power. Absolutely recommend.

My house was stuck by lightning and a few of my devices were not connected to the current UPS that i have and those items were damaged. So I found this one that has 10 outlets.

this does exactly what I wanted it to do. I have a gaming pc with a 850W power supply. Even when running a game this fully charged will give me over a hour of battery life.

I've owned one of these for years now and this one I purchased for my mom. This has saved my electronics during numerous power outages in my apartment. It works like a charm.

The product itself is great and does its job quite well, but it can be confusing from the start. Installing the battery can confuse the first time user as can the settings found in the LCD. Also there is no longer a disc included to install the software. It is now available on line. Further, the model I wanted andf found on the Best Buy website was no longer available and I had to purchase an upgraded (more $$$) model. Best Buy needs to keep its website up to date. Otherwise I am satisfied with the unit and it has already come to the rescue in my office.

I picked this up so I could keep my network running during power outages. I was able to test it out about 2 weeks after purchasing when we lost power for a half hour. This kept a WAP, 24 port gig switch and cable modem running during the outage. The addition of the surge protector outlets (clearly marked not on the battery backup) is helpful for throwing some additional items behind protection.

Using it for networking equipment (DSL modem, firewall, network switches) and is working great. Wanted to keep this gear separate from the computers' battery backup units.

This is one of the best UPS's I've ever worked with. Easy to setup, configure and test. I like the graphical interface too.

I like a reliable UPS with decent run time for intermittent power interruptions that provides some feedback on load and runtime off line. This unit fits the bill. I also like the fact the batteries can be replaced in the unit once they reach the end of their useful life, allowing the primary investment to last for a very long time by simply replacing the batteries. .

On my ZMODO DVR with 8 cameras with a internal & external hard drive, All plugged into APC, it will last for 143 min without power. the settings are very good. have a lots of electrical noise and surges. never misses a beat. have one on my computer also and smaller ones on 3 other electronics. APC has me happily covered.

This is a great APC backup UPS for when you need to maintain uninterrupted power during a power outage on a computer, laptop or even a tv.

I use this UPS to protect my TV and several other MM devices and it works great. The previous one lasted over 6 years before it gave out.

I like being to see the input voltage, watts used, and how much time the battery will provider when the power goes out. Software is pretty easy to use.

Got this to replace a TrippLite that failed without warning. So far so good. It is powering a rack of equipment and isn't anywhere near its load limit.

I personally use this battery back-up on a server and it gives me around an hour running time, so that gives me plenty of time to shut down the server

The battery power and number of outlets met my needs. This device supports my computing equipment and accessories. The digital display makes it very convenient to know if you're reaching the peak levels of the device, and when there's a power outage, it is very simple to know how much battery you have left to ensure that items are powered down in time.
