Out of box setup is easy. Setup and menus are easy to follow and display of battery life is very useful.

I have a power-hungry old Mac Pro with dual graphics cards and dual 4-core Xeon processors. At full rendering capacity (all CPU's and GPU's maxed out on Luxmark), with 2 displays plugged in, this thing only hits 75% passthrough capability. I live in Florida, where the wiring is, to put it mildly, not so great. If the wind blows too hard, the power blinks out momentarily, and my computer would shut down. I recently went on a two-week vaycay, during which we had epic thunderstorms. I am sure that the power went out at least a hundred times while I was gone, probably for long periods. But when I got back and clicked my mouse, it lit up again like a Christmas tree. For anyone who uses a desktop for work like I do, this product is essential, and one of the best. I am not a paid reviewer, just a professional computer user, and for me, this is one of the best things I've ever bought to protect my investments in time and money.

APC has been my go to for UPS solution for years. They provide a solid product, and a great warranty.

This unit has worked very well so far (just over a month).

I'd have given it 5 stars except setting it up is all by pressing, holding, and stepping through front panel displays. It was a good price and good replacement.

Easy to use and lots of back up power. Make sure to turn battery around when first installed .

Gives me enough juice during power outages ( about 2 hrs) for a desktop computer and a printer.

This item meets all my expectations. It's easy to setup, register, and down load software.

I have purchased and used around 8 or so of these and they are great for both home and work. Some have been in service over 5 years in an active retail environment. Much better than losing data or connectivity when power fluctuates and the slim profile is nice.

I am happy with this. It is working great and I feel my tv and TiVo are protected now.
