This movie is phenomenal! And the bluray looks amazing on my OLED tv. Definitely buy this movie!

Blu ray was so crisp and lifelike! The trees and the corn fields are so bright and vibrant. Makes me very excited for when/if the 4k will be released since it will be even better!

I watch movies to be entertained. Therefore, I usually shy away from movies in which I have to read subtitles. I am not illiterate, I just already do plenty of other reading and choose not to read movies as well. This movie is an exception. It is so entertaining that I gladly read the subtitles in order to watch it. The main character faces and overcomes an incredible struggle through sheer will and perseverance.

I'm glad this movie got a repressing. The prices on ebay were ridiculous. Overall the movie is pretty good and it's pretty intense. It's worth watching if you haven't seen it.

My favorite movie directed by Mel Gipson. I wish it had special features attached, 'like the making of'. Outstanding realism and editing. So glad I finally own my own copy.

People shouldn't discount this film just because of their feelings for Mel Gibson. Say what you will about him, but he is a great filmmaker. Apocalypto had solid acting, great cinematography, engaging characters, and lots of action. Sure, it's a little bloody, but if you can't stomach it, you shouldn't be watching rated R movies anyway.

The picture and sound are both beautiful. Probably Gibson's most underrated film as director. No supplements but worth picking up if you don't want to pay silly second hand prices.

This has always been an interesting story to watch. On Blu-ray it looks amazing; rich colors and the sound all come together nicely. Glad it has been released in this format.
