Getting up and going is the usual pain. apple ID, etc. and so much that once it is set, you ca forget, so it's a pain to recall it and get it right; 'never happens on the first run. Once past that, the device is great, as an iPad should be. It would nice, for change however if the same case fit from model to model. They always find some way to keep that from happening.
