    I like the portability of this ipad. It can easily fit in a purse and isn’t heavy. The battery life from full charge to zero lasts several days even when I’m streaming videos for 5-6 hours at a time. I was a little disappointed that it didn’t have face id.

    This iPad was purchased for a young teenage who is severely autistic and is non verbal. We also purchased from Amazon a protective OtterBox for kids. Best Buy should consider adding that to their product line. This is a charity donation to that family. We have a great smiling picture of this teenage holding this new iPad.

    Great product. The trade-in program was key in purchasing this unit. I got the full refund allowed which dropped my overall cost dramatically. The trade-in program works!!! Great job Best Buy!

    Has it been 11 years since the first Ipad was released? Time flies. They are so ubiquitous now that getting one is like buying a new TV or phone. Some nice tweaks and features but nothing revolutionary. I guess that is not a bad thing. Overall this is a solid Apple Ipad.
