    The Apple Watched purchased on February 6, 2023, did not work and was replaced on February 9th. The Geek Squad Technician who helped us was very professional and took care of the issue. We are pleased with the watch and service provided.

    The new iPad is perfect. I downloaded my photos and apps from a backup on the Cloud and it now works like my original. I still have to buy a new protective case, the old one is a little too small.
