    great! product came earlier than expected. Shipping date was Dec 23. Received by Dec 13th. I was going to order from apple store and their ship date was Jan 15th! so happy i went with best buy

    I don’t need a pro or the 10th gen. Plus this one has great accessories such as the combo touch keyboard and the Apple Pencil first gen. I use this combo daily.

    This is my 4th iPad. Love the convenience and mobility of them over a laptop. But even these lower end models are getting very expensive.

    I love my IPad. I had previously had a kindle fire and it didn’t last very long replaced it with a product similar in some ways to an IPad and wasn’t happy with it so I gave it to my 6 year old grandson. I finally got the one I really wanted. IPad

    Easy to purchase at Best Buy. Able to upload all information from my cell from the cloud. It was a quick charge and I was ready to use it within a few hour.

    As usual hunting time we travel, we went through best buy in ft. lauderdale, good attention from the staff. Regarding the ipad that I recently bought, I'm sorry to say that the touch keyboard shows a failure (delay) in two letters, since I took it out of the carton it came in. I live in Guayaquil, Ecuador, I would like to know how I can get it checked by the manufacturer since it hasn't been two months since I bought it. could you please help me with that?

    I really liked being able to get the exact model of new iPad that I had prior to the former iPad’s demise. Took a while to download all the previous apps & data — overnight — and a handful of reboots in the morning, but soon I was back up-and-running.
