    Great product, was price matched, and even though the store was super busy they never forgot about me waiting for a salesperson. And the Geek Squad transferred from my old iPad to my new one with a great smile (I did not have appointment). Thank you.

    Only had it for a few days. We really like it. We mainly use it doing Facetime or Google Duo. Great quality!

    Not a lot different from my older iPad. It does seem to be slow at times or get stuck on an app. May take it in to be looked at since it is just a mont old.

    Somewhat dissappointed….really no different than my previous IPad…. Has more memory but battery doesn’t last any longer either

    Having trouble downloading movies to the new iPad. Spent an entire day on the phone with various Apple techs - so far they have no idea why it’s not working. They did a diagnostic review and said they will get back to me next week. Didn’t help for this weekend’s flights
