    It took a couple of days to figure out how to stop the voice-over option. Voices in the background were dictating into my search dialogue box as I typed in my Internet search request. My questions were, do I stop Siri, voice-over in sound general or control center, or voice memo?

    I am used to great customer service. Two staff were nasty. I asked for different staff to help. The 3rd staff worked out great. I was really shocked the first 2 were icky.
