    Be careful when purchasing electronics from Best Buy I purchased an iPad NEW and after three months my screen cracked due to an over heating LCD screen…when I contacted customer service (what a laugh that was). I was told they wouldn’t help me I’m now out of pocket for a lot of money, when all I did was buy what was supposed to be a new iPad and got a refurbished unit. Be careful

    Only lasted 11 months until it completely fried. I understand technology has its faults, but to only last a little over a year is unacceptable when it was gently used, never dropped & stored properly.

    Always satisfied with Best Buy but they drop the ball this time didn’t know they sold flea market trash rejects at the store and not once but twice two iPads in a row

    The guy that I talked to for some reason signed me up for a credit card when I didn’t ask. He said absolutely nothing about a credit card when asking me questions and ran my credit. This had to be the worst experience I’ve ever had purchasing any item in my life.

    Nice entry ipad. Great specs for great price. Has the old home button. The picture quality is great even facetime. Bought om black friday. Slow to charge.

    Poor battery life!!! Bought brand new but battery is draining fast!!! From 100% down to 60% with only one app open in less than an hour Will return this product, sadly. I had high hopes for this unit but disappoints.
