This is a great iPad. My wife loves the big screen compaired to her phone. Will do most everything her phone does. Just make sure you use WiFi or your phone hotspot for web surfing and FaceTime. This is a plus in our book

Best Buy came through in a pinch! My IPad is my right arm; I’m lost without it! My old IPad stopped working. For cost efficiency, I decided to purchase a new one. Our phone company was out at least a month on availability, and since I didn’t need dedicated internet coverage I decided to check at Best Buy for availability. None of the Best Buy’s in the area had stock, but the salesman checked on the lead time, & guaranteed a unit in 2 days. Since we were traveling & leaving the area in 3 days, I was skeptical. Best Buy came through as promised, & I couldn’t be more thrilled with the outcome. Thanks to Best Buy & our competent salesman's effort I am back in business! I will definitely think of them first when availability on electronics are scarce.

Love it, i upgraded from a mini iPad I bought about 10 years ago. Now I’m staying off my phone.

I had researched this iPad and wanted to get it right away so went to the store. I had to ask for help as no one ever asks if they can help. The salesman took care of my needs but was not very friendly.

Love the size, the look, the charging power. Everything about it. It’s so nice and light.

Very happy with this purchase. Plenty of memory and battery life is great. Did not find a good reason to spend the extra money on the newest version for what my son uses it for.

This is an “update” from a really old iPad Air, which was failing. Battery life is incredible on this one. Migration from the old to new was a piece of cake.

I use a lot. I thought I would only use it for my projects but it’s much useful then expected. Recommend for daily organizing, drawing, project planing or notes.

This iPad is a great improvement over my old one. It is faster and has more storage space so I can play my games. The fingerprint scanner is a nice touch so I don't always have to put in a number when I want to open it.
