My iPad 10.2 inch is everything I wanted. My iPad of 10 years literally died and I missed having the option of using the mobile device. So glad iPad #2 is here. I love it!

When it’s fully charged and not used for a few days the battery life is great. Once the battery life gets less then 65% it will drain all the way down to 31% rapidly without using it. I would say it’s a decent iPad. I have 32GB same model for work and I like it. Gotta go with the 256GB all the way. Durable not too light and not too heavy either. Price was great as well

Great product and works very good, not happy with charging system as the cable is too short during use and sitting in a chair. Charging is also a little slow.

Associate was very helpful pointing out that a picture library on your iPad will require a larger memory . So I went ahead a purchase the iPad with 256 gig.

It works very well, but we had to go to your tech service to update my husband’s phone so the email would transfer to to the iPad.

To date with everyone that has helped me with a decide purchase I’ve been very satisfied. I’m not pressured to buy the most costly product nor to buy all the bells and whistles. They listen to my lifestyle needs and suit me well with specific models.

The devices by itselves we’re fine, the problem is the compatibility was not. I could not use the Apple Pencil 2nd gen with this particular ipad. It would be good to add a note or warning during check out process showing this condition for future customers.

I ordered a new iPad and a pencil. When we picked up the iPad, I was told the wrong pencil was suggested. Instead of getting me the correct pencil, I had to wait for the order to be cancelled.

Device was in stock and ready to go right out of the box. Easy enough to use that my 85 year old Mom can navigate easily. There have been no issues or concerns with this device.

Beat IPad purchase thus far. Many improvements over prior generations. Video and picture quality has greatly improved. Great value for the money!

Great iPad for home use. Loaded office 365 to use as a portable option instead of taking laptop everywhere.

It’s been a great iPad. We needed something we could used to read ebooks around the house and allow our children to watch movies on from time to time. It does take a while to charge, but it seems to have a decent battery life. Overall- very happy with it.

Great item and as described. I purchased it to replace an older iPad. I use my device for everything in my life from banking to watching shows.

Great for my needs for digital art. Very user friendly. I thought screen size may be too small but it seems I find it to be adequate for my use.

Bought it for my spouse so she can use Pro Create. Tested it before buying. Pencil was smooth (sold separately)and spouse was very pleased. Got the largest storage space available so she doesn't have to worry about saving files or downloading files off the device.
