Since 2012, I have purchased several Apple products. None have disappointed. The original iMac Pro I purchased in 2012 still functions, but has physical damage from repeated lifting by the left front corner of the laptop from the table next to my chair. This is not an apple problem; I simply did not realize that the shell was flexing each time I did this. The repeated gesture wore an internal part over time. I did have it repaired in a "shade tree" shop. Other than the damage I inflicted, the laptop still works 12yrs later. I averaged 3yrs or less from PC's in the past. Mostly from the OS becoming junked up and unusable. My recent cell phone is also my first Apple and I'm completely satisfied. The 9th gen 10.2 iPad I purchased approximately 2wks ago is functioning like a charm. Something I have come to expect from Apple. With the steady increase in prices for high-end PC products, and the relatively steady pricing of Apple pricing (which all tend to be high-end), I will likely never purchase anything else. The new Apple-branded processor in my MacBook Air functions with no noticeable difference from the familiar high-end brand that has led the market for years. I have, so far, experienced the same functionality and speed from my new iPad. The price of this model, which isn't the latest, was very reasonable. My iPad was purchased online and picked up at the store. Best Buy has an excellent process in place for this type of shopping. I made the purchase and received a notice that is was ready for pickup a few minutes later; well within the time it took me to drive to the store (about half an hour). The wait in the pickup line was very short and the process well organized. The Best Buy website is also accurate and user friendly for comparison shopping. The prices are very competitive and consistently so. Completely satisified start to finish.

I am low and user who uses the device to surf the web send and receive email store my photos download books. As per most Apple devices, it has smooth intuitive operation. Much improved battery life from my old six generation iPad. More vivid screen. Was a great deal at $130 off.

This iPad is so fast! My old one seems like a dinosaur! Tons of space with the 256g. My old iPad needed charging by noon. I charge this one every other day. I love it! Best birthday gift ever!

This was an excellent purchase. Setting it up was super easy, and there were no issues. I’ve found it a reliable and versatile device that balances performance and value. The 10.2-inch Retina display offers sharp and vibrant visuals, making everything from streaming videos to browsing the web enjoyable. Now, my husband wants to replace his old iPad with this model.

This ipad being a bit older gen was on sale, and I figured I would try it for the first time. This has become the divece I use at home now, as it does almost everything my iPhone does, but in a much larger scale. I have no complaints dus far. I was reading some reviews that this ipad was heavy compared to others, in fact it feels very light. My recommendation to those buyers is, to lift some weights.

Works great, I like the size, power, storage it comes to be a true excitement when playing games and doing office work.

I’ve never previously owned a tablet before and so far I’ve loved it. The IPad is useful in all areas of my life. I’ve used the IPad at my work and at home doing school work. I love how easy it is to use and how it connects to my phone. When I’m relaxing after work I put on my favorite tv show and it’s right there on a big screen (I have to wear glasses so most the time watching tv is just a blur) I love the IPad and it’s worth every penny!!

Sleek, larger screen, haven't learned yet how to make the folders larger. Getting used to the extra weight compared to my older 16 GB iPad mini. Thrilled with the extra GB's!

Bought it for my sister who needed something that could store movies and tv shows for long flights, so I got the bigger 256GB one. Good screen. Solid performance. Does what it needs to do. Great buy - would purchase again. Apple makes good phones and tablets - end of story. A+

I’ve used this iPad for about a year now and it is exactly what you’d want out of an iPad, I do my work assignments and school work and it hasn’t slowed down one bit, battery life is also as it was when I got it and I charge it once in the morning and it’s fully charged, once I get home after hours of use it is still at ten to twenty percent battery of life. Would highly recommend this iPad to anyone who wants something out of their iPad but don’t want to pay big bucks for it.

Great screen quality with a long battery life. Everything that I expected with an Apple product. No glitches, no frozen screens, no functionality issues, all programs work as planned, never connectivity problems.

I have been wanting an iPad for years, but the price always held me back. However, my husband surprised me with one for Christmas, and I must say, I use it more than any other device in my home, including my iMac and iPhone. The picture quality is amazing, and the battery life is perfect for my needs. I can go for a few days before having to recharge it. So, if you have been thinking of getting an iPad, I highly recommend making the purchase.

A little heavy but the that was the only cons. It is fast, HD and really easy to use. Dropped it once and not even a single scratch or issues.

This is my first iPad and it works really well. There’s no lag in the processing and I made a point to get one with more storage which is really useful. The battery life is strong too.

Awesome screen resolution makes for great reading and viewing. Surprising long battery life. Nice alternative when traveling instead of carrying a large laptop. Plus all the handy Apple app features.

It’s an Apple IPad and you get what you expect- excellent resolution, fast response time, convenience ( can carry around easily), and good battery life.@

This IPad is awesome the images are amazing and it’s fast and the camera is awesome as well, the screen is a perfect size and it’s well built very sturdy. I like all the memory it has on it as well. The price was a wonderful price it’s really worth the money.
