The tablet is very easy to use and its battery lasts very well. I really like it and would recommend it to anyone else.

I bought this Apple 10.2" 9th Generation ipad for my wife as my surprise Christmas gift for my wife, and so at this time (12/23/23) i haven't given it to her yet thus still unopened unti maybe a day before Christmas. Anyway, I have an Apple Air pad I bought from Best Buy a couple of years ago and I am very satisfied with its performance. I am a Best buy customer since 2019 and I can assure whoever read this that I have not had a negative issue with either Best Buy or the products I bought whether major appliances, small appliances, computers and ipads. Best Buy's employees have shown their willingness to answer questions and/or assistance. Thank you.!

This is my third ipad, each being larger size and greater speed. I use the iPad everyday and use my phone and desktop much less. The speed of this iPad compared to my 9.7” is a bit swifter and I enjoy the little larger size. I highly recommend the otter box protection for the iPad.

Replaced 2015 iPad Air as iOS update was not current and many features would not work or keep up. This iPad works perfectly and is up to date for all apps that I use and is very fast.

This iPad has all the key functions and upgrades that was advertised. Product quality is superior instruction easy to understand and software is user friendly for our Grandma.

This I-Pad performs wonderfully. The charge lasts very long and when it does need to be charged it is surprisingly fast. Screen size is perfect for playing games. There are many options for cases available as well.

I bought this for my daughter and she loves it. She loves to draw/color so the amount of app’s available for her is awesome. She’s only 8 and says it’s better than her Samsung tablet. Very well done Apple! Easy to use, long lasting battery too!

I bought the ipad 9th gen for the sole purpose of editing photos taken with my iphone 13 pro and DJI mini 4 pro drone. However, it quickly became much more. The Apple eco system is heads and tails above android or windows. Anything I’m doing on my phone is quickly and seamlessly transferred to the ipad. If I’m watching anything on Apple TV streaming box and leave the room, again seamless transition to the ipad. The operation and ease of use….no comparison. It is, by far, the most user friendly tablet/computer on the market!

Our family has never had an iPad or tablet before and this thing is a real game-changer compared to laptops and cell phones. It's so light and responsive yet the screen is huge and the resolution is amazing. This is the perfect travel device for entertainment and capturing photos and videos. We love it!

My 7th gen iPad died suddenly, so bought this one. My mother's 6th gen is working even now. So no idea what happened. This one is faster and has more space. Cannot live without iPad!

Really good value and the price was spot on too. Currently being used daily by multiple people in the family. Space is just enough and also the thickness is perfect to slide into a carry on bag for flights.

This is an amazing iPad. So much storage & large screen to watch movies.

First iPad for my 5th grader, he absolutely loves it. Screen is perfect. Speed is super fast. App store is huge. Things just work. Apple premium tax is worth it expect the memory they charge, way too expensive.

This iPad (Gen 9) is replacing an older iPad (Gen 6). I really like the new larger screen and the processor speed is lightning fast. I brought a iPad (Gen 8) for my daughter which, also has the larger screen. In my humble opinion, it's not worth upgrading a iPad (Gen 8) to the latest generation.

It’s an ipad, it’s extremely well constructed, fast and reliable and for the price there’s nothing comparable. The Samsung Galaxy S8 had a little more style and an included s-pen but this is half the price, has a better screen and performance.

Appears to be a bigger screen than my old iPad. Fast speed. Very nice.
