This 9th generation iPad is so much faster than my old one I just traded in. So glad about this machine.

I am very pleased with this new iPad. The battery holds a charge for a long time. And, now I have plenty of memory to do what I want to do without deleting apps, photos and videos regularly.

I really like having more memory (256GB). The screen is brighter and colors are more vibrant. A big change from my previous Gen 3 to now Gen 9.

I bought this for my wife and she absolutely loves it. I usually prefer the highest spec items when I get Electronics but for somebody that just wants to watch stuff, browse the internet, and tap games, this is perfect.

Have had multiple iPads over the years and have to say Apple just keep improving them. Similar footprint but larger screen area and much quicker overall in performance.

My experience at Best Buy was exceptional, making it one of my top purchases from the store. Despite being a frequent shopper, this particular visit stood out. The customer service was outstanding, especially when I struggled to decide on which iPad to purchase. The salesperson went above and beyond to assist me in making the right choice. Now, I'm looking forward to returning to Best Buy to acquire an Apple Pencil to complement my fantastic iPad purchase.

is an Apple iPad, what more can you ask for. This was a gift for my mom that had an iPad Air 2. This iPad has more memory, more RAM, more power and better battery life.

I like the size because my eye sight is not what it used to be so reading is more normal to a book size. it's fast and easy to swing your stuff over from your old one.

Had it a week. Easy to use like a big phone. Not the latest model but I don't need the fancy features. For Kindle, Neflix, email, etc. works fine and reasonable price.

The sales person was very helpful, I had a problem with a old IPAD and he tried to fix it, but couldn't correct the problem, had to buy a new one and he was very knowledgeable and transferred all my information from the old one to the new one and I was very happy.

Love the lightweight of this iPad. Much clearer than my old ipad. Display is very clear. I am still exploring features.

Great iPad, used by my 14 year old who can use it to watch videos and look things up for school. Has all the functionality he needs and is holding up well to the wear and tear he puts on it. Easier for him to use than sharing a laptop with the family. Definitely a good buy for us.

Was very easy to complete the initial set up. Battery life has been great. It's been fun learning how to use the iMovie app.

Bought for nursing schools and it was a lifesaver. Great storage, great for watching videos and zoom meetings. Loved it!

My iPad died so I bought the 256 gb 9th generation iPad and it works well for what I use it for , the new one is faster but much more $$

Solid tablet. Has all the functionalities I was looking for except face id. Works fast and loads apps fast. Wifi connection is strong. Great battery life and display.

Perfect size! Works great for daughters college work. Will def stick with best buy products and the Apple name brand!
