I use this for reading in bed. I already have a 12.9" iPad pro. I just find it too heavy to read in bed. Also, when I would fall asleep, it would wake me by hitting me in the face. The gen 9 is lighter and does not present that problem. I use it for pdfs, Apple books and Kindle.

Great. Works well, definitely an upgrade from my last iPad. I predominantly use this for digital art and and have no issues running the program I use.

Fantastic Ipad! I knew this wasn't the newest generation but it was the most well reviewed online. My wife was able to use it for school and as her home recreation device. Paired with a 2in1 keyboard/case, you'll be hard pressed to find a better, cost effective tablet.

I been going back and forth with my son about me staying with android so he brought this ipad and put it on my bed and took my android tablet so i had no choice but to use it. He was so right (I won't tell him that) I love it so much that I ordered me an iPhone.

I needed a replacement for an older iPad that would not update to the newest ios 17 due to a lack of storage. I ended up getting this one with 256GB even though I may never need this amount of storage because every update seems to need a lot of storage in order to download. I am very satisfied with this iPad as it does everything I need.

Excellent iPad. Started right up and no issues. Very fast.

The set up was quite a bit tedious since we were changing over from an old Ipad Air 2. It was trying to move settings from the old Ipad to the new one by bluetooth and it wasn't going well so I finally started over and chose the manual set up. Other than that, love everything about it. We're probably considered light users, email, web surfing, basic games, and this handles it really well. Very happy with it.

My grandson convinced me to switch from an Android tablet (this one was from Lenova) to an iPad. Smartest thing I've done in recent history. It's been great!!! Mostly pretty easy to set up. Grandson helped w/ things I was having trouble with, like email & some of transferring apps from one device to a new one. Well worth the money, and wish I'd have done it a long time ago.

Went from a 6 generation to a 9th generation, it’s a little bigger and faster .

My wife is very happy with her new IPad. We decided to purchase the one with more memory (128G) than her old one and it is performing well for her use. The price was excellent and the GEEK Squad was a big help.
