It's an ipad

Being in IT I know Apple has one the better options for simplicity for users that are a little more technically challenged. The setup was a breeze as all I had to do was get my mom's iphone close enough to get everything transferred over for her. Battery has been great as she only uses it for short periods of time. Screen is nice and bright with a perfect size for her. It might have been just the tablet we bought but after it the first batch of updates the tablet froze and I had to factory reset it. That's why I'm giving it 4/5 stars. Great tablet for users who want something simple to setup and use daily.

First iPad

I got it for my autistic child so we can do his specific apps that help him with communication. So far everything has gone smoothly with it. It’s fast and stays charged for quite a few days with being used every day. Very pleased with the purchase.

I needed to the tablet urgently since I was going to travel and some work needed to be completed. Great for travel love the split screen. Of course also watching my favorite shows in the go. Battery last longer.

The best iPad hands down

They are very lightweight, they never fail, I purchased one as a gift for a family member and she loves it. The other size IPads are beautiful but heavy. I wish Apple made this in a 13 inch screen but kept light weight using this IPads technology. Even make it foldable.

Lots of storage, easy to use. I bought this as a gift for a family member. Its the fourth 10”, 9th gen iPad I’ve bought.

I got a fair trade-in, and a great price for 256GB storage! The gentleman who set up the trade-in patiently did the backup for me, even though the backup took a very long time. He was pleasant to work with. When it was time to purchase my new iPad, that gentleman was kind, courteous, and patient. Setup was very easy. It even fit the same keyboard case I had for my old iPad.

The battery life is great. Graphics are great and I love that I can use the Apple pencil with it. This was the perfect gift to myself. It works great when I’m traveling no more taking the laptop bulky.

Not regulate to taking laptop or sitting at a desk. Can be at class meeting outside, traveling or just setting on the sofa. Still have space for kids games
