This was a great buy at the time but with the new air just get that because of the new design and better and bigger screen.

I bought this Ipad for my Mom. She wanted a larger display and this was perfect. She loves it and I would recommend this product to others.

I enjoy apple products. I left my previous iPad Pro (10.5) out in the rain for 2 days. It never recovered. I chose this upgrade as i already had a Smart Keyboard & 1st gen Apple Pencil and this version paired with both. It’s flawless as expected.

Bought a new iPad Air 2019 model to edit photos for social media and for web apps. Didn’t really think I needed an iPad Pro for my level of use and this model does what I need quickly. I have a desktop for heavier processing and this is a good mobile solution.

I love my new iPad Air with the magic cover. I had a 12" iPad Pro that was just too big and heavy. Really, it was only good to use as a laptop. So I traded it in for the new iPad Air and it is perfect! I can use it like a tablet now. And the battery life is exceptional.

I am new to the apple world. I have 2 Computers ,now 3 tablets and my cell phone. All Android except my new I pad. I am not going to say That I think My New Apple I pad is any better then My Android Tablets because it's not. They are all Good! Love them All!

My wife is happy; weight on old ipad and speed became an issue with her old unit so she's happy. It's very fast and the set up is so easy.

So far I’m really enjoying this new iPad, had not upgraded since the iPad 2 and really feel the difference in speed and better screen display.

I bought this iPad Air for my use since my wife now uses our iPad 2. Now we're both happy! The iPad Air 3 is much faster and has many new features that I enjoy! It is now my "go to" device rather than my Lenovo PC and now has me spoiled!

I purchased this iPad so that my five year old can start on the Osmo Starter Kits I bought at the same time. He loves the iPad and we even get to FaceTime while working. Great product and I'm getting what I intended out of it.

Not less than an ipad pro 10.5 does everything like ipad pro with newer hardware

works as it should no problems my wife is very pleased with the purchase i would buy another when this stops working.

This device replaced an Air 2. That formal device was my chief means of getting on the internet but as good as that device was this one is even better, it has True Tone , and slightly larger display, also it can be used with the excellent Smart Keyboard cover

Had to replace my older model iPad Air, it keeps resetting. The new model's camera is not as good and no flash, but OK. Still uses lighting connection I want that not USB-C. One cable for iPhone 8s plus and iPad to charge them.

Experience at the store was fine but to transfer the information from our old I-Pad to the new cost us at least $80.00 - both were purchased at your Newington Store - it seems that if both were purchased there some kind of cost reduction should be put into place!

The iPad itself is great. I wish Best Buy would find another shipping other than USPS snail mail. It ended up taking almost 3 weeks to receive when it was supposed to be 4 days. Other than that the iPad will not disappoint!

Great tablet with sleek design and functionality. I use this mostly to take notes and I love that I can have all my textbooks and notes/hw in this tablet. Great for entertainment use too

I love this iPad but.....Apple release the next version 30 days after I bought it. That was a hard pill to swallow. Also, the battery drains way too quick.

Got iPad Air for my daughter Christmas gift. Best Buy only had one brand new left in stock. Place the order online and pick it up curbside service in two days.She loves it. We have not had any issues. Will highly recommend.
