My first IPad and I like it very much. I would recommend Best Buy to my friends.

Replaced my ancient iPad with this 3rd generation. What a difference. Totally satisfied. Only complaint is that Apple does not offer a decent smart case that was available on the older models.

Fast and easy! Ordered on line then picked up in store. Best Buy made the purchase very uncivil and easy to pick up. Order was ready in less than one hour.

This is my second iPad. I used it for online teaching on the zoom. The first one was apple iPad that I bought three years ago, Both are in great condition.

This is a better option than the regular iPad for the reason it gets True Tone. Therefore, if an iPad Pro is too expensive, this is a better option. Highly recommend it.

Purchased for a senior who likely would not have noticed the difference between this version and the newest model. Screen colors look sharp and response is fine.

My daughter bought this to draw on for college. She is an art major. This has been such an amazing pad to developer her graphic design skills. It had beautiful clarity and color.

I am upgrading from the original iPad Air. Overall very happy with this product. The stylus support is great. If you are upgrading from an older iPad, I would definitely recommend this one.

Have not had an experience problem with an apple product. Found this a reasonable cost and great replacement for our first 32GB iPad Air purchased years ago.

I’m liking and enjoying my new iPad. The changes on the keypad are a little confusing (I.e., having to hit an extra button to get to a comma or apostrophe) but I’m getting used to it.

Got this for my daughter so she could use it for online school learning during the quarantine. She uses it all the time. Nothing really special about it. It's an ipad.

I purchase this tablet for my brother to use in the nursing home. He loves it. We are now able to connect with each virtually. Either by Zoom or face time. Love it!

It was just like new, works great! I’m very glad I purchased the geek squad approved used iPad rather than a brand new one. I saved some money and still got the same thing.

We needed one more iPad for grandchildren to do their remote learning when schools closed. The iPad Air is great. They love it and are easily able to do their schoolwork.

With everything on streaming services, can't come up with a reason to get more storage, so the functionality at this level for the price is pretty awesome.

I love Apple but out of all my Apple products, this one is my least favorite. The picture doesn’t seem as sharp as I would have expected. The sound is ok, There is no calculator installed so it’s a bummer that I can’t just access it on the controls when you swipe down. But I’m Apple all the way, so I wouldn’t recommend any other brand, so I just hope they come out with updates to fix the minor things.

Ipad worked perfect instantly. Paired with the 1st gen apple pencil ans can use all of the apps with no issues. No issues with the ipad at all.
