Great tech, service left something to be desired

This one isn't my first iPad, and past products have inclined me to purchase another. I did purchase a certified open-box product; it arrived on time and I haven't had any issues with the iPad itself. The only downside is that it did not come with a USB power adapter as written, only the iPad and the cable. I will be purchasing one separately, but that defeats the purpose of going for an open-box to save money, so I had to knock a couple stars.
