This is actually an upgrade/exchange from the 64GB model.

Would have liked an instruction booklet to come with this.

BestBuy website is impossible in terms of how to communicate about a purchase. I discovered much lower prices the day it was sent and received by me. BestBuy has let me down.

Bought this “latest model” for Christmas gift and ordered pencil engraved from apple...it’s NOT the “latest model” it’s 2017. Now I’m stuck with a pencil that doesn’t work. Not happy with the description.

While the ipad worked well it seems out of date. Too big to be a phone and too small, with a weak iOS, to replace a computer so I am not sure of the value anymore other than being a nice toy and for that I would only spend the 300 or so for the older generation. The wifi antenna was much weaker than my macbook as well.... if it had the full OS of a macbook with a flip screen like the Lenovo's, etc. I would have kept it but after two days it just wasn't necessary and I returned it. I want to stay with the Apple OS but until they make a 180 degree hinged tablet I'll just stick with, and lug around, the macbook pro.

It hasn't even been 30 days and it won't turn on anymore, I don't know what's wrong with it I'm taking it tomorrow to Best Buy

We bought this for my daughter thinking we can use it to record her college class lectures, take notes with the apple pen right on the PDF notes, and type papers as with a laptop. Each component worked however it is still good enough to replace a laptop like a 2in1 would. We bought hoping that she would like it enough to use as a 2 in 1 would get used but with the keyboard attachment and the split screens it just didn't provide the right experience for her. Thank you

I bought as an upgrade from IPad mini. I liked everything about the IPad Pro but I bought an out of the box unit and it developed a thin redline across the screen so I had to return it.

3 years in and it still works just fine. It has been used every day since bought! Totally recommend still have a lot of space and it’s pretty fast! The battery life is amazing!!!

Apps do not work together. Can’t use pencil to write or drawin all but a few apps and it isn’t consistent between apps that use the pencil. Can’t copy and paste between apps. Can’t sort on multiple columns in numbers. Can’t use numbers with pages and so on and so on. I bought the iPad Pro thinking I would have an integrated experience instead noting is intuitive and help is not readily available with an app.

Its a great add on to a computer but is not the best as a replacement get your pc/mac first then think about getting this product.

The screen has a digital line across it. Tried working with Apple support to fix with SW. No go. has to be fixed by visiting the Apple Store. Will see what happens. Not happy.
