Would not recommend and discourage others from buying. Mine broke within two years, and it was a logic board problem. Brought it in, Apple charge me $450 to fix because warranty expired. My other friend had the same logic board issue, but his happened within 1 year and got replaced, but not for me. They also charge you $130 for apple care for a already really expensive product. You will think that top of the line apple product will last at least two years more more. But NO. Please spend your hard earn money else where.

As with all Apple products, I’m one IOS away from not being able to update and some apps no longer working.

Having owned several previous iPad models, I can safely say that Apple has found the perfect balance of power, portability, and screen size with this 10.5-inch model. If you've ever used an iPhone or iPad, you'll feel right at home with this model. PROS: - Beautiful, rich screen. Colors are vibrant and the new ProMotion feature eliminates any lag while scrolling through text. - Perfect size. It's only slightly larger than a 9.7-inch iPad, but the slight increase in screen size and the reduction in bezels really makes a difference. - Amazingly fast. This is the most powerful iOS device yet, and it shows. iOS 11, when released this fall, will make multitasking even easier on the iPad. CONS: - Apple didn't release a back case for this 10.5-inch model. So if you purchase the smart keyboard or smart cover, the back of this iPad will be left exposed unless you find a third-party case. Highly recommended!

I bought the Ipad to use for work and other times when my computer is too heavy but It's pretty much useless and overrated you might as well spend the extra money to buy a macbook instead. Im sorry I couldnt return it because I forgot and it was passed the return window. So I gifted it to my nephew who watches youtube videos on it.

I couldn't find the charging cable or adapter in the box and also the box wasn't sealed properly, I couldn't return this as I need to send it to my cousin staying in a different country on the same day of purchase. I didn't expect this kind of service from best buy.

Minimal instructions. Could not connect the product to anything. I have all Windows products anyway. Best Buy said it was probably a rare lemon. If you have an I-Phone, the instructions give you an easy way to connect and get started. I am done with Apple.

Wanted to return or exchange Ipad pro 10.5 that is 3 weeks old because the new came out. I wasn’t aware of the new ons coming out so I bought the 10.5. Was willing to pay the difference + restocking fee but denied even with an elite status.

I have been holding onto my aging iPad Air (yes, from 2013) until a worth upgrade came along. And this was definitely the right one. I couldn't jump on the 2 since I knew it would immediately replaced (the new iPad), and I knew the Pro's were going to be updated as well. It was a long wait but well worth it. I highly suggest the upgrade to anyone who has an IiPad Air or older generation. If you have an iPad Air 2, it may not feel as worth it. In summary, the bigger screen and slimmer bevel is subtle, but after using it for a few days now, I couldn't imagine it any other way. It looks so good! And the increased refresh rate of the screen. Man, 120 Hz is the way to go and makes everything look very nice. Colors are great and the size feels good too.

Spent almost 2K on 2 IPad Pro & Otter Box Cases. One broke overnight by itself & now cannot fix they say i need to purchase another one.

Very disputed could not load Microsoft word or excel programs. Tablets and such do not operate on dame system as iMac

My son loves his new iPad. My son has autism and he uses his iPad at school. It helps him alot.

Overall an awesome Apple production! Powerful mobile processor. Perfect size and weight. Proof in performance - 5 years & still works great!

ProMotion screen, twice the memory, thinner bezel, bigger screen, fast processing speed and better speakers make this a no-brainer when it came to upgrading my 9.7. It is slightly heavier which is noticeable when lying down but not uncomfortable. Best Buy had it delivered the next day!

Takes forever to charge and it get so hot feel like hand is going to burn

This is the first apple product I’ve ever owned and I must admit I think it’s the best tablet on the market today. I’ve owned android tablets in the pass but because they only give you 1 maybe 2 android updates after you purchase a device I decided to switch to the iPad Pro 10.5. The tablet is amazing it like having a tablet/computer all in one minus the mouse. I purchased a 3rd party keyboard and now am enjoying the tablet even more. It is lighting fast and learning how to operate the device was very easy. I know this is an expensive purchase but I feel I got a device that will last for at least 5 years are more because Apple pushes every update to all their devices unlike android. Note I’m still rocking my android phone. :)

Not sure why I have to continue to shut down this is an Apple product.

it lasted this who time got it on 2018 and now 2024 still work but time for an upgrade.

Traded my 9.7" I had just brought last week for this one...not knowing Apple was going to be releasing a new one. It is a big improvement as far as storage goes. The screen and processor are brilliant. I stuck with the 256gb considering the price can be steep. When the iOS 11 hits this fall, this thing will blow every tablet out the box. The new A10x chip is already a big improvement. I'd say upgrade if you can. It should be on the market for a while...at least I'm keeping mine for a long time!
