Purchased this iPad Pro for my daughter in October. She absolutely loves it. It is really responsive to her when she is using her apps and the thumb print opens up immediately. She has had no issues with crashing. We have had all 3 iPad Pros and I have to say, no complaints with any one of them. This is a great Apple product.

Very Happy with my Best Buy Purchase on this IPad Pro 10.5" model. Excellent Screen Display, Good Battery Power. I get a case to protect it. The Sound / Speakers are really good.

I upgraded from a 9.7" Pro and I'm glad I did. So is my wife, she got the 9/7" to replace her early iPad Mini. The 10.5 may not be a revolution but the screen, speed, responsiveness to the pencil and general zippy performance makes this a joy to use. I highly recommend.

This is by far the best iPad for its time. They just keep getting better !!! I even use it as a writing tablet. The multi-functionality is SUPERIOR !

Used my iPad Air 2 for years and recently got this as a replacement. Very pleased with the purchase. Screen is great and sound is big improvement from my last model.

The 10.5" is my 4th iPad. I have used a 9.7" Pro for a year and no scratches. Two previous iPads, no scratches. I have an iPhone 6S I have been using for approximately 1.5 years, no scratches. Just noticed the 10.5" has a scratch in the lower right corner of the screen. I baby my electronics. Maybe the 10.5 isn't as scratch resistant as previous models.All other features on the 10.5 are exceptional.

Apple iPad pro is the one of the fastest tablet i have ever used.

The Ipad itself is good. There’s nothing much to complain about the ipad. But i took out 1 star because buying case for this ipad size is pretty hard. There isn’t so many choices for the case of this 10.5’ ipad size in any accessory store.

It largely improves my efficiency and productivity. Recommend it.

Purchase Certified IPad Pro online. Received IPad Pro that was already registered to another user. Contacted Best Buy Customer Service and after 30 minutes was transferred to Apple. Apple Representative was a little confused to why Geek Squad Representative transferred me. In the end, after spending about an hour on the phone I still need to go into the store and return a product that is inoperable. Would have have been easier and less expensive in the end to purchase product from another vendor.

Battery needed replacing, so I did. 4 months later new battery got red hot and destroyed iPad components. Still can’t get help to repair or replace iPad. Apple isn’t acknowledging responsibility.

Lasted 5 months and died. Could not even charge or reboot. Had to go to Apple Store and was given a new one. Can't get AppleCare now and told that warranty is good for only 7 more months even though just got a new one. If this one fails in 7 months out $700 or more for lack of quality. Never will buy Apple again.
