    The iPad was great, but I had a problem with the trade in processing. FedEx failed to scan the delivered item, and as a result it was stuck in limbo. I received no message with a shipping label and instructions. I called your customer service number and received absolute assurance to take the old iPad to my nearest Best Buy and they would complete the transaction. WRONG! The store did help me figure out what to do, and I opened a case with FedEx. It took over a week for them to resolve it, but I did complete the trade-in process and received the $90 refund. I would seriously recommend better training for the customer service department and reconsider using FedEx. They were horrible.

    I bought this to replace an older iPad and as to be expected, this iPad is flawless in every way. I bought the Apple pencil that goes with it as well and although I don't use a pencil much I do appreciate the options I have with it

    Well, coming from Gen 1 and 2 iPads, this is Amazing! The screen resolution makes my old iPads feel like Tube TV’s. I really don’t know what else to say since everything about it is better than my old ones.
