Should have brought a new one

The iPad video display was defective, with the screen flickering and pixelating. So we took it back to the local Best Buy store for a refund. I give this device a one star rating, but Best Buy gets 5 STARS for their service speed and store personnel. Morale of the story, skip the short cut, buy new.

Great iPad!

Battery life is less than 2 hours on new iPad

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The only reason that I traded in my Gen 6 iPad was because the battery life was less than 3 hours while reading a book on the Kindle app. The new Generation 10.2 was supposed to have a battery life of 10 hours. Unfortunately, this new iPad battery is actually worse than the older model. $500 totally wasted.
