ipad stopped functioning within first two weeks

I’m definitely returning as I expected iPad to come from my store location as advertised

No Good

This $600 model had no face recognition technology or cell phone capacity. While it was my mistake in choosing this model, this 2024 purchase is not as advanced with my decade of iPad it replaced. The help I got was also sub standard- Best Buy should offer me a replacement but when I ask for it, that will tell the real story about this company.
