I am new to Apple products. My son helped me set it up and explained how to use it. It's totally different from a Samsung tablet. It's going to take a wee bit of time to figure everything out, but i will be happy when I will be able to try out all this Ipad has to offer.

I love how slick it is and how they made the touch scan. There’s so much storage and space for all your photos and files.

The iPad: This is my first iPad and I am thrilled. So easy to set up as it copied data and apps from my iPhone. It’s responsive and has a beautiful display! Biometrics work great, making it quick and easy to open and sign-in to apps! I couldn’t be happier! The purchase: Order from Best Buy on-line and traded in an older tablet. Everything was super easy! Purchase was delivered fast and I was credited for my trade-in promptly. I couldn’t be happier with the experience!

Great quality and very useful. It does work with 1st Gen Apple Pen but you will need the connector to pair it with this ipad.

iPads are always reliable - bonus is we saved money by purchasing through BestBuy. We replace our kids’ every several years but they hold up pretty well considering the amount of use they get. Not only did we save a little going through BestBuy this time, but I feel like we get the option of support through either company, should we need it. Shipping was also fast and discreet which was awesome. My only surprise with these 10th gen iPads is I feel like the camera hasn’t improved. Otherwise the bigger storage capacity options are nice.
