Hated my experience.

I went to take the iPad back because manager who was there said he had never heard of the things the salesman had told me, effective calling me a liar!! I came home to get the receipt and went back the next day to return the iPad, cover and screen protector. I was helped by a man named Brian who took back the screen protector, who was VERY nice and had heard about how I was treated the day before. He showed me a different iPad and cover that I liked better so he ordered those for me and saved Best Buy the sale. If I can find what I need anywhere else, I will NEVER buy ANYTHING from Best Buy again. Below I said I would not recommend this item because I would not recommend Best Buy. I’ve only had the iPad for two days. I like it but it is too early to recommend it.

Screen is amazing. Colors are vibrant and clarity is excellent. It is quick and responsive when doing a search. Very happy with this ipad
